These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through the online store on nemesysunit.com.
Units (contractual participation / loan-based product, governed by a separate Loan Agreement).
Digital content (e-books, PDFs and similar downloadable items).
Physical goods (printed books and other shipped items).
An order becomes binding once we confirm it or once payment is successfully completed (depending on the chosen payment method).
We may refuse or cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion, payment failure, compliance risk, or obvious pricing errors.
Prices are displayed in EUR. The Company is not a VAT payer; therefore VAT is not charged.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If bank transfer is offered, use the bank details stated in the Legal Notice.
Digital content: delivered via download link or email after payment.
Physical goods: shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Units: issued/delivered after the required steps are completed (see Section 8).
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods, subject to legal exceptions.
For digital content delivered immediately, the withdrawal right is lost once performance begins if you gave explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of this right at checkout.
Units are governed by a separate Loan Agreement (loan-based contractual relationship). The website provides information only; the Loan Agreement defines the legal rights and obligations.
You may be required to accept/execute the Loan Agreement electronically before issuance.
If you do not complete the required steps within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund the payment (minus non-refundable fees charged by payment providers, if any).
After issuance and/or after the Loan Agreement becomes effective, cancellations and refunds are generally not available, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
For Units, disputes and specific terms (including repayment, fees and arbitration/venue) are handled according to the Loan Agreement.
