Overview

This product represents a limited offer of already existing NemesysUnits that were issued or allocated in a previous project period. It is not a new lower-priced issue of NemesysUnits. The Units in this offer come from an existing holder who previously acquired a larger allocation and has now decided to offer part of it for sale.

Each Unit from this holder allocation keeps the same basic nature as the standard NemesysUnit participation model. After purchase and completion of the required agreement process, the buyer receives a numbered certificate documenting the acquired NemesysUnits.

What you receive

• A physical A4, double-sided, security-styled certificate
• A unique Certificate ID assigned to your order
• Documentary evidence of the acquired NemesysUnits
• Issuer/project details: Nemesys s.r.o.
• Verification method by Certificate ID / QR verification, depending on the final certificate format

How it works

1. Place your order and complete the payment.
2. You will receive the next steps to finalize the contractual documentation.
3. After completion of the required agreement process, the certificate is issued or updated for the new holder.
4. The certificate is prepared and shipped to your delivery address.

Important notice

This offer applies only to a limited number of already existing NemesysUnits released by an existing holder. The offer price of 100 € per Unit is specific to this limited holder allocation and does not represent a change of the standard NemesysUnit certificate price.

NemesysUnit is not a cryptocurrency, token, or publicly traded financial instrument. The certificate serves as documentary evidence of participation under the applicable contractual model. All financial terms, repayment details, transfer conditions, and any future conversion conditions are defined exclusively in the relevant agreement documentation.
