EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days from receiving the goods. Return the goods unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once the download/access is provided. If the file is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement or support.
Units are governed by a separate Loan Agreement. Before issuance, you may request cancellation if the order has not been processed/issued yet. After issuance and/or after the Loan Agreement becomes effective, refunds are generally not available, except where mandatory law applies.
